Overpriced 5-Star Hotel at R2,260.oo (including taxes) per night.
Not worth the price paid.
Reasonably comfortable... cosy.
Room size is small for the price.
The main advantage is its centralised locality - opposite the Entertainment Centre and closest proximity to the Gary Player Golf Course.
Forget about the Lost City Palace Hotel.
That burns an even bigger hole in the pocket.
The cheapest accomodation at Sun City is "Cabanas" at R1,650.00 per night per room but the condition of the rooms are appalling.
Again, I will say this - Sun City is an overhyped and OVERPRICED manmade resort.
Maybe once, but definitely not twice.
Unless you are a compulsive gambler....
