Bloemfontein is a sad sad place (I still wonder sometimes how I managed to live there for 1 1/2 years). It is a TINY city scarce of entertainment. So you can imagine the deprivation level of the Bloemies.....
Latest attraction : New bowling alley at Noordstad Shopping Centre.
Doesn't leave much to imagine how this is the new hangout place for the over-deprived Taiwanese kids. I was invited to join in the fun on Saturday (before golf) and I thought, "What the heck! Might as well go check out this new source of entertainment for these poor deprived people.
I was once deprived too.
I feel their pain.
Having caught on Little Missy's enthusiasm, I decided to 'join in the fun'. I ended up having a freak day at the bowling alley. I'm sure that anyone who remembers my inability to bowl, will fondly chuckle over my pathetic scores. IF I could achieve a 90, it was AMAZING. I mean... AMAZING. That's how lousy I am at bowling.
For some fluke reasons, I was in some bizarre mode and played hell of a good game.
